About The Litter:
Bug (Group Placing Ch LAMZ Luck Be A Ladybug) gave birth to six puppies on 12-4-13, 3 males/3 females - all blue in color. Bug was bred to Vegas (Multi Group Winning MBISS GCh LAMZ Viva Las Vegas RN SE CA RATI) for her first litter. There is still 1 blue female available to a pet/performance home. She is ready to go immediately and has passed her eye/heart clearances with flying colors.
Bug finished her AKC Championship with a both a 5-point Major and a Group 2 along the way! She is a daughter to Piper (Ch Ashcroft Sangeo Santana), who was Winners Dog at the BTCA National Specialty in 2003. Her dam, Chloe (Ch LAMZ Lucky Clover) went Winners Bitch during the BTCA National Specialty weekend in 2006. Chloe has been an incredible producer in the breed, producing multiple group winners and placers, several top-ranked bedlingtons, a BTCA National Specialty Best of Breed winner and a Regional Specialty Best of Breed winner, among countless other accolades.
Bug is a very petite and elegant girl. She has tremendous sidegait with ample reach and drive and a front assembly to be envied. Her coat is very dense, but consistently carries the desired texture and color for the breed.
The sire of this litter, Vegas, has a lengthy show record with 7 Group 1's, many many more Group Placements, a BTCA National Specialty Best of Breed, as well as a Regional Specialty Best of Breed. He has countless wins at specialties and specialty-weekend events, hundreds of Best of Breed awards and was a top-ranked Bedlington for 6 years, from 2005-2011 (not shown in 2010), including being the #1 Bedlington Terrier in the United States in 2007. He has a tremendous record as a sire, being behind many of today's top winning bedlington terriers. He has produced breed, group and specialty winners, and stamps his progeny with his incredible conformation and temperament.
Vegas also has a great record in performance event competition. He holds titles in Rally-O, Earthdog, Coursing Ability Tests and Barn Hunt and has also competed and trained in Agility. He holds his Canine Good Citizen title as well. He is a great worker, being smart and biddable. He has also produced competitors in agility, coursing ability testing and barn hunt.
We are hoping that this cross will give us bedlington terriers with impeccable temperaments, as well as the beautiful looks of their parents. We are hoping to produce strong heads, impeccable movement and maintain the proper front assemblies and proportion of both parents.
