Current Specials
Multiple Group Placing GCh LAMZ Eleanor Rigby - "Rigby"
Rigby began her specials career with us in June of 2009 and has been specialed lightly, but was ranked in the top-10 after just 6 months out in 2009 and is currently in the top-5 for 2010 while still being shown very lightly as she matures. She has numerous group placements, including multiple placements over top-ranked terriers. Rigby has done well in strong breed competition, winning in large entries and being awarded numerous Awards of Merit at some of the most prestigeous shows in the country. She is also the AKC's First Grand Champion titled Bedlington Terrier. Rigby was specialed limitedly through 2010, but still remained one of the top-ranked bedlingtons in the United States. After taking 2011 off to become a mom, Rigby is back in the show ring in 2012 with numerous group placements and awards along the way. We're hoping for another fabulous year with this typey girl!
Multiple Group Placing GCh LAMZ Heads I Win Tails You Lose - "Shilling"
Shilling has only been out with us a few weekends so far, including the 2010 BTCA National Specialty weekend. He was Reserve Winners Dog to a 5-point major the day before the National and was Winners Dog/Best of Winners at the National for a 5-point major. He followed it up with two majors a month later in MA and then took a Group 3 and Group 4 from the classes in West Virginia. He finished his championship and grand championship in less than a dozen weekends of showing. Shilling was specialed through 2011 and had a great year with multiple group wins, many many breed wins and a few really nice placements over the 2011 BTCA National Specialty Weekend. He ended the year as the #1 Bedlington Terrier Dog (All-Systems). He is taking 2012 off to mature and will be back out in 2013.
Ch Wejoma's Majestic Elle V Aladax - "Gigi"
Gigi, a briard bitch, will began her show career with us at around 18 months of age. She was shown very limitedly in the classes as we worked on growing her coat out. She lives on a working sheep farm, so keeping coat on her has been a bit of a challenge. She finished in very few weekends of showing, picking up a 4-point and 5-point major along the way. She may be out in the future to work on her Grand Championship.
Ch LAMZ Wickedly Defying Gravity - "Elphie"
Elphie picked up her first point during her first weekend out with us. She quickly followed it up with another major win as well as two singles. Elphie finished at just over 9 months of age and will be out during 2011 as a special to work on attaining her grand championship.

Desi, a class bedlington terrier, will be shown throughout 2011 by his owner Lindsey Davis. He was bred by us and we are very happy with how well Lindsey has been doing with him at matches here in the mid-atlantic area. We expect that they will have a lot of success together in the future!
