Ginny (Ch LAMZ Top Shelf Bombay Sapphire) was be bred to Tony (GCh LAMZ Let Them Eat Cake CA) and delivered 5 blue puppies on May 4th, 2015. This long-awaited litter combines two of our favorite bedlingtons that we have produced and the resulting puppies are all we could have hoped for!
Ginny is a beautiful bitch who was Winners Bitch at the 2011 BTCA National Specialty under Breeder-Judge Jackie Fogel (of First Class Bedlingtons & Bassets). She has a beautiful, long, headpiece, a phenomenal front assembly and equally lovely sidegait. Her coat is dense and holds a lovely dark color. Ginny finished her AKC Championship with ease and is major pointed towards her Grand Championship, although shown on an extremely limited basis.
Ginny is sired by National Specialty Best of Breed winner MBISS GCh LAMZ Viva Las Vegas RN SE CA RATI RATN CGC, and is out of Ch LAMZ Elizabethan Elegance, a daughter to the top-winning, Swedish-bred, Ch Isotop's Hot Shot, who is behind several top winners here in the United States.
Tony is an incredible young dog who has been campaigned on a very limited basis so far. Although shown very limitedly as a special, he is already a Top-15 Bedlington Terrier in 2014 and finished his Grand Championship in short order. Tony has a stunningly beautiful headpiece and impeccable sidegait with the requisite "spring" called for in the Bedlington Terrier breed standard. He is beautifully proportioned and continues to impress us with his breed type and style as he matures.
Tony is a littermate to our Vogue, Multi Group Winning GCh LAMZ Strike A Pose RN CAA RATI CGC, the #1 Bitch All-Systems currently in the United States. Tony's sire, Marcus (Ch Trevelyan's Quiet Playing Games) was Winners Dog/Best of Winners at the 2013 BTCA National Specialty. Marcus was bred in the Netherlands and currently lives in Sweden. He finished his American Championship in two weekends and has recently finished his Swedish Championship. Tony's dam, Rigby (NBISS GCh LAMZ Eleanor Rigby CAA RATI CGC) is a top-winner here in the United States and was Best of Breed at the 2013 BTCA Floating National Specialty and the 2013 Westminster Kennel Club dog show, among many other accolades. Rigby is a Granddaughter to MBISS GCh LAMZ Viva Las Vegas RN CA RATI RATN CGC and is sired by Ch Isotop's Hot Shot. This breeding, of Ginny x Tony brings together these two top-winning/top-producing dogs on both sides of the pedigree. We are very excited to see what this combination produces!
