About Rio:
Rio was only shown a handful of times, mostly at specialties or supported entries. He consistantly placed in the top of his class in these strong lineups and was half of the 2nd Best Brace in Show at Montgomery County KC 2006. In 2007, we took Rio out with the goal of finishing his championship and he was awarded 10 points (3 majors & a 1 single) his first weekend out! He finished his championship in 2 more weekends. We brought him back out for Montgomery 2007, and he and Vegas were 3rd Best Brace in Show! He also (along with "Wylie" ) helped "Gypsy" to win the brood bitch class. He has since been retired from the show ring and is a pampered pet in New York!
