» Our show season is winding down here, with only one show weekend remaining. We are so proud of all of our dogs and their accomplishments this year, and so thankful to all of our family, friends and extended "family" that worked so hard with their LAMZ bedlingtons this year and also had such great success.
» We look forward to debuting the puppies from our spring/summer litters next year. Pippa, Kate and Harry, from our Shilling x Ellie litter started showing this fall and have already had great success for such young puppies. Next year we will be bringing out several new puppies and we can't wait to see how they all do in the show ring!

» Rigby's puppies have all left for their new homes! We are so excited to bring 5 more incredible families into the LAMZ family! Trixie, the only bitch in Rigby x Vegas' litter went to Canada where she is going to be shown, we are so excited to see how she does in the future! Jack and Barnum are going to be shown here in the states and Leo and Sunny are going to make the world's best companions for their new families!
» Two of the Ellie x Shilling puppies will be making their show-ring debut this coming weekend in Middleburg, VA! Pippa and Kate will be shown by their new owners, these two beautiful girls are going to make heads turn! Thier brothers Harry and William will also be starting out in the show ring in the next few weeks!
»Shilling is still the #1 Bedlington terrier in the United States (Breed Points)! He's had an incredible year and is really starting to mature into a such an incredible dog! He just turned 2 on September 19, and while we hadn't planned to campaign him at such a young age, he is turning into the dog we'd hoped he would! We can't thank all of our friends, supporters and of course, the judges, enough for recognizing this young dog!

» All of Ellie's puppies have gone to their new families! We look forward to welcoming 4 new show homes to the bedlington community! Ellie's puppies will be ready to start showing at the end of October, we can't wait to see how they do!
»Shilling ended the month of July as the #1 bedlington terrier in the United States (Breed Points)!! We're so proud of the year he has been having! He has been shown against some of the strongest bedlington lineups in the country this year and we could not be more thrilled with how well he has done!

» Ellie's puppies have started leaving for their new homes! Kate and Harry have left and Samantha (formerly Diana) will be leaving in a few days. We have 1 male and 1 female left for sale from this litter.
» Rigby gave birth to 5 puppies on June 20th. We have puppies available from this litter as well.
»Shilling has had continued successes in the show ring winning his first Best in Specialty Show a few weekends ago as well as more breed wins around the country.

» We got an xray taken of Ellie two weeks ago and are expecting 4 puppies out of her, sired by Shilling. They are due any second now, so look out for updates about this litter! We also just bred Rigby (Multi Group Placing GCh LAMZ Eleanor Rigby) to Vegas (Multi Group Winning MBISS Ch LAMZ Viva Las Vegas RN SE) and are expecting puppies in June if this breeding took. We have 1-2 more puppies available out of Ellie's litter and will know more about available puppies from Rigby's litter as it comes closer to being due. » We just got back from our National Specialty weekend in Louisville, KY and it was an amazing weekend for the LAMZ crew. Shilling was awarded Select Dog on Thursday and Friday and Best of Breed on Sunday. Ginny went Winners Bitch from the 6-9mos puppy class at our National Specialty, shown by her co-owner Jodi Moreland and Vegas went BEST IN SPECIALTY SHOW from the veterans class at the BTCA National Specialty on Saturday under breeder-judge Jackie Fogel!

» Shilling received back-to-back Group 1's in South Carolina this past weekend, becoming the third LAMZ bedlington to receive such honors. Previously, two of our other boys, Vegas and his son Roadie had both received Group 1's. This is the first of Vegas' grandpuppies to receive a group 1 and it pleases us to see his winning tradition passed on to future generations. We are currently expecting a litter sired by Shilling. » We just returned from the AKC/Eukanuba National Championship show in California and with its conclusion, we are done showing for the year. We had a tremendous year here at LAMZ with 5 new homebred Champions (Roadie, Molli, Shilling, Elphie and Glinda), 3 new homebred Grand Champions (Rigby, Roadie and Shilling) as well as Group Placements on Rigby, Roadie and Shilling, Group Wins on Roadie, a new All-Time Top Producing Brood Bitch (Gypsy) and 2010 Top Brood Bitch (Gypsy) as well numerous other wins and accomplishments. We are so proud of all of our dogs and their owners/co-owners and so happy to welcome 4 new homes to the LAMZ family. It has been an amazing year and we look forward to what the future has in store for all of the LAMZ dogs.

» The Ellie x Vegas puppies are all leaving for their new homes this week. We are so excited to welcome 4 new show and performance homes to the breed! Good luck and welcome to Lindsey, Jodi, Linda and Pam as well as their families to the joy of living with and owning a Bedlington Terrier! We have a few more weekends of shows this year, and what an amazing year it has been. Shilling, Rigby, Roadie and Piper have been representing us this year as specials, and all 4 of them have had some fabulous wins in strong competition. We have finished some phenominal young dogs and hope to have some really nice up and coming winners!

» We are winding down our summer now, and it has been incredibly successful with new Champions, a new Grand Champion (also the AKC's First GCH Bedlington Terrier) and numerous nice wins around the country. We are looking forward to the arrival of Ellie's puppies and will be out in the show rings a bit this fall with the LAMZ crew.

» Roadie picked up two Group 3's and two Group 1's in PA his first time being entered as a special! He joins the ranks of Vegas, Rigby, Shilling, Piper and Wylie as our 6th Group Placing LAMZ Bedlington! We are so proud of him, and his owner/handler Morgan Miller for all of their hard work!

» Statistics are out through May and we are very pleased to announce that we have 3 dogs in the top-20 All-Breed rankings for Bedlingtons (Rigby, Shilling and Piper). Rigby is also the #1 Bedlington Bitch and #4 Bedlington in Breed-points.
We have had some nice wins in the show ring latelty, including Puppy and Bred-By Group Wins/Placements and a nice group placement on our Keeshond client from the classes.

» We just got back from the shows in Freehold, NJ and what a great weekend it was for the LAMZ crew. Roadie finished his championship, making him our 11th homebred champion! We also got points, majors and major reserves on 3 of our bitches this weekend. Rigby is finally back in the ring after losing most of her coat this winter, and won the breed every day this weekend for 20 breed points, what a way to come back! It was a fantastic weekend all around with great friends, great dogs, and great wins.

» The summer show season is upon us and we have an exciting group of dogs coming out! We will be continuing to special Rigby, who is coming back to the ring after a nasty staph infection this winter that caused her to lose a lot of coat, and we are bringing out a few new bedlington puppies as well as a few dogs from other groups. It should be a very busy, but fun summer for all of us! Keep an eye out for updates!

» We have gotten a few nice wins recently with our dogs in many parts of the country. Shilling picked up two more majors,a Group 3 and a Group 4 at just 7mos old. Morgan Miller now has Roadie singled out and is just looking for his majors and Bug is pointed and working on her championship. Michael Berry took Piper to Alabama and picked up a Group 3 and Group 4. We will be bringing out Elphie and Glinda soon as well as bringing Rigby back out as a special.

» We have just returned from the BTCA Floating National Specialty in Louisville, Kentucky and the LAMZ crew put in some excellent performances and we had a lot of nice wins! Gypsy received two more legs towards agility titles, Vegas was given two more Awards of Merit, Shilling picked up a 5-point major and was Best of Winners at the Floating National and we had numerous other placements and cuts throughout the weekend! We had a great time with all of our bedlington friends!
